The Grand Duke and The Grand Duchess
announced that Guillaume has completed his education. He recieved his "Licence," with honors, from The University of Angers in Angers, France.
That pic is Guillaume expressing emotion during the Te Deum a few years back. It's a favorite picture of him. I love a man who has a heart.
