The Hereditary Grand Duke is still busy in Brussels. Today, he met the president of the European Council Herman van Rompuy prior to a working session at the EU headquarters. I don't know why they met (well, because of Guillaume's internship but no specific info) or what they talked about but they definitely had fun while doing so.
