On the 8th, Grand Duke Henri attended an academic session to honor the 100th anniversary of Boucherie-Salaisons Meyer. The butchery specializes in unique methods of pickling and smoking meats and is considered one of the (if not the) largest producers of ham in the Grand Duchy.
