It's that time of year again, and Grand Duke Henri and Maria Teresa were present to participate in the celebration of the Octave Market (Oktav-Mäertchen), the annual two-week event that honors the Holy Virgin. During this time, pilgrims from around the country will visit Luxembourg's capital and continue a tradition that dates back to the 17th century.
