More From the Roman Nuptials

And just because it was so nice and we don't have much else to cover right now anyway, here's another post about the wedding of Prince Amedeo of Belgium and Elisabetta Rosboch von Wolkenstein. (Can we please have confirmation on her titles soon? It's getting annoying that everyone still has to call her by her maiden name though I guess Archduchess Elisabetta would also do.)

If you skip ahead to the 4:40 mark in the video above - see here if it's not working for you - you will see short statements by Prince Nikolaus and Princess Margaretha about the bridal couple and the wedding. Watching a number of other videos of the wedding I am also fairly certain that Princess Hedwig, daughter of the late Prince Vincenz of Liechtenstein, as well as Princess Thera and Princess Gisela, daughters of the occasionally featured Prince Michael, were among the guests. Prince Amedeo and the three Liechtenstein princesses are second cousins by all being great-grandchildren of Blessed Emperor Karl and Empress Zita of Austria.

Plus, I also found Prince Josef and Prince Constantin. Just like they were at the wedding of Prince Félix, they acted as ushers on Saturday. I guess someone has to keep track of all those royals, nobles and otherwise big names... (Full video.)

  1. You're correct with your additional Liechtenstein guests. Hedwig's husband was supposed to be there too.
