On the 13th, Grand Duke Henri was in Lima, Peru, where he attended the
131st IOC session and Annual General Meeting. During the course of the session, Paris was awarded the 2024 Summer Olympics, and Los Angeles was awarded the 2028 Summer Olympics. (Both were the sole candidate cities for each year.) Additionally, there were eight new IOC members elected during this session. A little more information about the session from
