Earlier today, Prince Sébastien took the oath to become a member of the Luxembourg army. The youngest son of the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess completed his military education at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst last month. To join the Luxembourgish troops, he swore the oath at the Château de Berg in front of his parents.

Also present were Secretary of Francine Closener, the Secretary of State for Defense; General Romain Mancinelli, Chief of Staff of the Army; Colonel Alain Duschène, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army; and Mr. Patrick Heck, the Director of Defense.
