It's Weekly Roundup time at Luxarazzi! It was a fairly full week of events, with a good balance from the royals of both Luxembourg and Liechtenstein.

And in the spirit of catching up from last week, here's a photo
Princess Astrid attending the Casita Maria Fiesta 2018 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City on October 16th. She was photographed with socialite Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos.

Between the 18th and the 20th, Prince Robert attended the 2018 New York Wine Experience, during which he shared highlights from Château Haut-Brion's 500-year history, while one of the company's wine director's discussed several significant vintages from 1998 to 2005. (No photo of Prince Robert from the event, unfortunately.)
Also, in honor of their sixth wedding anniversary, the
Cour instagram page released a photo of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie.
On Sunday the 21st,
Prince Félix was present for the 11th annual "Hunnefeier," which is a celebration that marks the end of the harvest within the Moselle valley. That region is known primarily for wine production. The event was organized primarily by the
Syndicat d'Initiative de Schengen.

That same day, the 21st,
Princess Claire attended "Marathon Indoor Cycling" to honor World Organ Donor Day. The Princess has been a patron of Luxembourg Transplant since January of 2016.

On the 25th,
Grand Duke Henri attended an academic session to honor the 150th anniversary of the
Institut Grand-Ducal de Luxembourg. The event included a performance by "Quatuor Lecuit," with the selected pieces focusing on Luxembourgish composers.

Over at
Schloss Vaduz,
Hereditary Prince Alois welcomed young adults who were born in the year 2000 and who have now reached, or will soon reach, voting age. The event began with a formal ceremony that also included Prime Minister Adrian Hasler and Deputy Prime Minister Daniel Risch. The young people were divided into two groups: 136
Unterländer and 183
Oberländer, from the lower and upper regions of Liechtenstein.

Thursday the 25th was
Digitaltag (Digital Day) in Vaduz, and
Hereditary Prince Alois popped in to explore the information from different vendors and, specifically, take a look at Whatsapp. He also attended the presentation "Challenges in education" later in the afternoon. The event welcomed around 1000 people at the
Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein.

Also during the week,
Hereditary Prince Alois welcomed attendees of the first annual Conference of Cantonal Police Commanders of Switzerland (
Konferenz der Kantonalen Polizeikommandanten der Schweiz, or KKPKS), which was held in Vaduz.

And the Hereditary Prince wrapped up the week when Swiss Federal Councilor Guy Parmelin, head of the Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sport, paid a courtesy visit to
Schloss Vaduz. This was the Parmelin's first official visit to Liechtenstein, and he also met with other members of government to discuss civil protection.
