Yesterday, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume was on hand to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Luxembourg for Finance. The agency was founded as a public/private partnership for the development and promotion of Luxembourg as a financial centre.
At a press conference held on the occasion Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna said, "As a public-private partnership, LFF can convey messages with a common voice, and thus a much stronger voice than each of the shareholders of LFF would have individually. Over the last 10 years, LFF has been putting into practice a unique approach, which has been developing a dialogue and a lasting relationship rather than focusing on short term results.” The Hereditary Grand Duke has been a long-time ambassador for Luxembourg for Finance often joining them on their missions abroad.
