On the 3rd, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended an event to honor the 50th anniversary of Association des Parents d’Enfants Mentalement Handicapés (APEMH). The organization was founded in 1967 to provide support for families with children facing intellectual disabilities but has since extended its scope to include people of all ages with intellectual disabilities.
