On Friday, June 25th, the students of the Remerschen primary school were treated to not only valuable information on Earth's fragility and the means in which to preserve it and the varying aspects of the planet's biodiversity, but they discovered these wonders while playing hosts to your favorite royal environmentalist and mine, The Grand Duke himself (pffft - no European monarch ever visited my school for nature workshops, or, well.... anything).
The lessons are organized by Luxembourg's Museum of Natural History with the aim of stressing the importance of biodiversity for the well-being of humankind as well as efforts needed to slow the destruction by outside effects.
