Prince Hans-Adam was awarded the Pro Cultura Hungarica plaque by the Hungarian Minister of State for Higher Education, László Palkovics. Liechtenstein's head of state was in Budapest for the presentation of his book, "The State in the Third Millenium", at the Andrássy University.
