Last Friday, Grand Duke Henri welcomed Ekmeleddin İhsanoğlu at the Palais. Mr. İhsanoğlu is a Turkish diplomat and academic, and most famously the 9th Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the second largest international organisation after the United Nations.
