Remember that ball back in June recreating one of the most famous balls in history, the Duchess of Richmond's ball on the eve of the Battle of Quatre Bras two days before the Battle of Waterloo? Turns out Archduke Alexander, third son of Luxembourg's Princess Marie-Astrid, was among the guests for the evening at the Concert Noble in Brussels.
