This morning, the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess attended the "ALFI Responsible Investing Conference" at the Chambre de Commerce in Kirchberg. During the course of the conference which dealth with the subject of microfinance, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa gave a speech about the matter of "Mobilising our efforts to make a difference".
The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI)
is the representative body of the Luxembourg investment fund community and represents over one thousand Luxembourg domiciled investment funds, asset management companies and a wide range of service providers such as depositary banks, fund administrators, transfer agents, distributors, legal firms, consultants, tax experts, auditors and accountants, specialist IT providers and communication companies.
