Guillaume Celebrates Continuiung Education

Last night, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume assisted at an academic session to mark the 20th anniversary of Continuiung Education at the gorgeous Cercle Cité. The Chambres des Salariés, the Grand Duchy's Chamber of Employees, used the chance to hand out this year's university diplomas.
