It was a busy day for the Grand Duke today: In addition to the Prix Grand-Duc Adolphe, he received Houlin Zhao, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), at the palais today. The ITU is a specialised agency of the United Nations (UN) that is responsible for issues that concern information and communication technologies.
