Hereditary Prince Alois has received six honorary consuls from the US, Germany, and Singapore during their two-day visit to Liechtenstein. The honorary consults have been appointed to provide an appropriate representation of Liechtenstein, both socially and economically, in the countries where they reside. The visit, which occurred on June 13th and 14th, was intended to give them relevant information about what is happening in the principality and included visits to Hilti AG and the Samina Powerplant, as well as a tour of the castle ruins at Schellenberg.
Prince Stefan, who is also Liechtenstein's Ambassador to Germany (and was previously the Ambassador to Switzerland) was also in attendance, as was Foreign Minister Aurelia Frick.
A little more at Vaterland.
