Busy Grand Duke

Photo: Cour grand-ducale
Already on Sunday but seemingly without any visual evidence whatsoever, the Grand Duke attended a concert by the Madrigal de Luxembourg at the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg celebrating the choir's 50th anniversary. FYI, "a madrigal is a secular vocal music composition, usually a partsong, of the Renaissance and early Baroque eras". And yes, I totally copied that from Wikipedia as I had no idea what a madrigal was before just now.

Yesterday, Grand Duke Henri welcomed the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Anne Brasseur, as well as a committee of members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe at the palais for an audience. They are currently on a working visit to the Grand Duchy.

Also yesterday but also without any visuals of it available, the Grand Duke received Spain's outgoing ambassador to Luxembourg Arturo Avello Diez del Corral at the palais for a farewell audience.
