The title says it (almost) all: After catching a cold earlier this month and not being able to attend Luxembourg's independence celebrations, Grand Duke Jean is seemingly healthy again and was out and about attending the 100th anniversary of the scout movement of the Grand Duchy at the Mierscher Kulturhaus in Mersch last Sunday. Luxembourg's former Grand Duke has been the chief scout of the Luxembourg Boy Scout Association for decades. For the event he was accompanied by Ministers Claude Meinsch and Corinne Cahen.
