Today, Wiltz hosted Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie for their final stop on the tour of the Grand Duchy’s 15 Centres de développement et d’attraction (CDA).
The visit began at 2:00, with a presentation in front of the Wiltz town hall from Deputy Mayor Fränk Arndt. Also present were other local dignitaries, including Romain Schneider, who holds the positions of Minister for Cooperation and Humanitarian Action, Minister of Social Security, and Minister of Sports; Fernand Etgen, the Minister of Agriculture, Viticulture, and Consumer Protection; and Camille Gira, the State Secretary of Sustainable Development.
After the presentation, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie visited the Château de Wiltz to meet with students working toward their degrees in hotel and tourism management through BBI (Brussels Business Institute) and UBI (United Business Institutes). Following this, the couple met with locals for a reception in the place where the annual Festival du Wiltz is held.
Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie concluded their visit at the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. Each year the sanctuary attracts around 20,000 pigrims on Ascension Day. The pigrimage site is especially popular among the Portuguese population of Luxembourg.
Hello! I would like to start by saying that your blog is fantastic, as your posts.
ReplyDeleteI know he isn't really known, but I would like to know more about prince Josef-Emanuel Leopold Marie. I know the essentials: age, birthplace, his parents, language, etc ...
Sometimes I wonder: What he does for living? Where we lives? Have a girlfriend?
So, if you know more about him can you tell me, please? I really like him. I can say that I am a fan of him.
Thanks
