While everyone is busy with the big wedding in Luxembourg, who will attend and who won't, the groom's, uncle Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein, husband of Princess Margaretha and brother of the reigning prince of Liechtenstein, was in Hanover, Germany, two days ago to attend a discussion round organised by the Catholic Forum of Lower Saxony. Prince Nikolaus is his country's non-resident ambassador to the Holy See and the discussion focused on Christianity in Europe, from its very beginnings until today. He was joined by Archduchess Gabriella of Austria, daughter of Otto von Habsburg, the last crown prince of Austria-Hungary who died last year, and a few others.
