The UNION of European Practitioners in Intellectual Property is holding a forum in Triesenberg, one of the municipalities of Liechtenstein. Hereditary Prince Alois used the chance to welcome the leading members of the association of practitioners in the field of intellectual property at the Schloss and talk about - surprise, surprise - intellectual property. More visuals and information can be found at Volksblatt.

Roughly 390 kilometres north-west Grand Duchess Maria Teresa had a busy day as well. During two different audiences she welcomed former child soldier Ishmael Beah from Sierra Leone as well as a delegation of the administration council of Aide au Développement de la Santé, a humanitarian association working in the medical field. She later also assisted at a round table dealing with the topic of child soldiers organised by UNICEF Luxembourg. Meanwhile, Grand Duke Henri attended the Brazilian film festival currently taking place in the Grand Duchy where he watched a movie entitled "Colegas" about trisomy 21. A few visuals are available at Wort in Portuguese.
