On Monday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa spoke to students at the at the Athénée de Luxembourg. The school has been an UNESCO Associated School since 2004. Member schools work to promote peace, international dialogue, and sustainable development.
The students gave a presentation about the work of the association and their own project Peace at Athénée de Luxembourg. The Grand Duchess, who has been a Goodwill Ambassador for UNESCO since 1997, shared her personal experiences and participated in a forum that allowed students to ask questions.
