In his capacity as president of Clubs Rotary Luxembourg, Grand Duke Henri welcomed a delegation of members of the committee of the extended Belgo-Luxembourgish Rotary district 1630 covering the whole of Luxembourg and eastern Belgium at the palais grand-ducal this morning.
