This week the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict in taking place in the British capital and among those who have travelled to London for the event were Grand Duchess Maria-Teresa and Luxembourg's Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn. Co-chaired by British Foreign Secretary William Hague and Hollywood actress and Special Envoy for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Angelina Jolie, the summit welcomed over 100 countries and over 900 experts, NGOs, survivors, faith leaders and international organisations from across the world sharing the commitment to end sexual violence in conflict. The event is the biggest global meeting on this issue ever convened.
